Social Sauna

What is Social Sauna?

A Social Sauna session is a shared experience — you book a seat, not the whole sauna. Guests have 75-minutes to move through the thermal cycle at their own pace: heat, cold, rest, rehydrate, repeat.

Our saunas are similar in shape, but different in spirit. Guests are able to cycle between the two saunas in this open format, experiencing different views, wood materials and conversations. Settle into the cedar sauna for a traditional feel and try the magnolia sauna for a more refined look.

The Thermal Cycle

Hot. Cold. Rest. Rehydrate. Repeat.

Between rounds in the heat, take a plunge into Lake Washington then rest and rehydrate on the pier. Guests will find that the cool down is the best part of the cycle. Let your body reset, feel the endorphins surge, and lean into the peace before you begin your next round.

Water, breath, and conversation flow easily between cycles and each session leaves you lighter, clearer, and more connected — to yourself, the water, and the people beside you.

Duration: Our Social Sauna sessions are 75 minutes long, which gives you time to cycle in between the heat of the sauna and the cold water roughly 3 times and to change clothes at the beginning and end of your session.

Price: $40 per person per seat in the sauna.
