Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations for private sauna sessions must be made 168 hours in advance and cancellations for social sauna sessions must be made 72 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations will result in a refund to a gift card and can be processed by visiting the options on your existing booking link. No cash refunds will be provided.

  • If you can’t make your session and are within the restricted period, feel free to give your ticket to friends/ family to attend in your place.

Rescheduling Policy

• Reschedules for private sauna sessions must be made 168 hours in advance of your booking and reschedules for social sauna sessions must be made 72 hours in advance.

  • Reschedules can be processed by clicking on the options in your booking link.
